Saraswati Shiksha Mahavidyalya was established on 27 June 2005 by Bhartiya Adarsha Shikshan Samiti Mandsaur, For Develiping quality and trained teacher. The College of Education is running B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. Courses. College is located at Mandsaur (District of Madhya Pradesh in India) and affiliated to Vikram University, Ujjain and recognized by NCTE and Higher Education.

College is a platform where the students prepare themselves to face the world and Saraswati college of Education has striven to mould the personalities of students in such a way that they can face the perplexing, complex situations and challenges of life with confidence. We provide a plethora of activities for the judicious all-round development of youthful energies, properly channelized towards creativity and self-actualization. Our aim is pursuit of "Excellence in Education", which we try to achieve by incorporating and using latest innovative methods of teaching by providing first grade state-of-the-art facilities.
Further, we are devoted to the task of inculcating in the young minds; values which will lead to the refinement of the entire persona, thereby making them stand apart as "A meteorite sparkles in the galaxy of human race".
With the explosion of knowledge and globalization of education across social, cultural and geographical boundaries, we provide our students with unique multi-cultural programme. This on one hand which helps our students to know about the socio-economic, cultural and educational scenario and on the other hand which takes our college and students to national platform. Thus our students have an edge over others as they are well equipped to face the global challenges.

Saraswati College of Education aims at providing the best quality education and develop professional work culture among the new generation of teacher.
The duration of the B.Ed. Course is two academic year consisting of four semesters. The academic year shall commence from July 1st of every year. Each semester is roughly of 6 months duration including regular classes, assignments, practice teaching and examinations. Along with B.Ed. Program, Saraswati College of Education also offers D.El.Ed. Program.
Our teachers try their level best to give the proper guidance to all the trainees for teaching the school students of different classes. They develop different teaching materials and methods and help the trainee teachers to develop themselves. This college is trying to adopt itself to the new way of thinking. All here at the college are earnestly trying to set a pedagogic goal that is less hectoring and instructional and more learners facilitating. With this aim in mind the college will be successfully run from this year.
To achieve the above objectives this institution proposes to arrange not only for elaborate lecture but to provide intensive tutorial classes, seminars, symposia, debate and discussion. Necessary arrangement for practice teaching is made to provide opportunity to have training in teaching. In addition to the above other co-curricular activities are the regular features of this collage.
